This policy explains how VisionOV collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit visionov.com, contact us, or work with us. VisionOV is a trading name of GIVPROV Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus.

1. Who we are

The data controller is GIVPROV Ltd, a company registered in Limassol, Cyprus. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

2. What data we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, company, job title, email, phone number and anything you write when you email us, book a call or fill in a form.
  • Business information: details about your offer, sales process and projects that you share so we can assess and provide our services.
  • Lead and prospect data from clients: when a client gives us access to their leads, we receive names, contact details and notes about those leads (see section 5).
  • Enquiries from property buyers: when someone responds to a property campaign we run, we collect their contact details, budget, timeline and property preferences.
  • Website usage data: technical information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies where you allow it (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Business outreach data: publicly available professional information, such as a founder’s name, role and company contact details, used to contact businesses about our services.

3. How and why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and arrange calls (legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract).
  • To provide our closing, lead generation, appointment booking and advertising services (performance of a contract).
  • To contact businesses about our services where this is relevant to their role (legitimate interests). You can opt out at any time and we will stop.
  • To qualify property buyer enquiries and pass them to the relevant developer, as explained when the enquiry is made (consent).
  • To keep records, invoice, and meet accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation).
  • To understand and improve how our website is used, using Google Analytics, where you have accepted analytics cookies (consent).
  • To measure our advertising and show our ads to people who have visited our website (remarketing), using advertising pixels from Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn and TikTok, where you have accepted marketing cookies (consent).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Who we share it with

  • Our clients: property buyer enquiries are shared with the developer whose project the buyer enquired about. Updates on leads are shared with the client who owns those leads.
  • Service providers who help us run the business, such as email, calendar and booking tools, website hosting, CRM, advertising platforms and accounting. They act on our instructions and must protect the data.
  • Analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok), only if you accept analytics or marketing cookies. These companies may use the data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies, and may process it outside the EEA.
  • Professional advisers and authorities where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Leads our clients share with us

When a client asks us to contact their existing leads, the client is the controller of that data and we process it on their behalf, under a written agreement and only for that purpose. The client is responsible for having a lawful basis to share it with us. If you were contacted by us on behalf of a business, you can ask us to stop at any time and we will tell that business.

6. International transfers

We work with clients in the UK, US, Canada, the UAE and the EU, and some of our service providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where personal data leaves the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that don’t lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
  • Client and contract records: for the duration of the relationship and up to 6 years afterwards, for legal and tax purposes.
  • Client lead data: only for as long as the client agreement requires, then deleted or returned.
  • Property buyer enquiries: up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR, where it applies), you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. You can always object to direct marketing. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy) or to the data protection authority where you live. We would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and reputable, secure service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a breach occurs.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
